Customer Uploaded Images and Content

When you upload images or files to Trakeebi for the creation of a personalized product, you grant us permission to use those files solely for the purpose of:

• Producing and fulfilling your order.

• Creating the requested custom design.

• Quality assurance and customer support related to your order.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal images with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may display completed products in our marketing materials or social media channels only with your explicit consent.

Uploaded images and files are retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill your order and meet operational or legal requirements, after which they are securely deleted or archived in accordance with our internal policies.
