At Trakeebi, most of our products are custom-made based on customer-submitted images and designs. As a result, processing and shipping times may differ from standard ready-made products.

1. Order Processing

Production begins after payment is confirmed and all required images or files have been received.

Custom orders typically require 2–7 business days for production and preparation, depending on order complexity, seasonal demand, and operational capacity.

2. Shipping Within Saudi Arabia

Once production is completed, orders are shipped through our approved shipping partners.

Estimated delivery time within Saudi Arabia is typically 1–5 business days, depending on the destination city and carrier.

3. International Shipping

We offer shipping to selected countries worldwide.

International delivery times vary depending on destination, shipping carrier, and customs procedures, but generally range from 5–15 business days after shipment.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time on qualifying orders.

5. Order Tracking

When available, a tracking number will be sent to the email address or phone number provided with the order once the shipment has been dispatched.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions.

• Peak seasons and high-demand periods.

• Shipping carrier delays.

• Customs inspections and clearance procedures.

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Trakeebi is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete address details, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

8. Customs Duties and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

Such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date and provide supporting documentation or photographs so we can investigate the matter with the shipping carrier.
